STEPS TO CREATE A BLOG:

1. OPEN THE WEBSITE http://www.blogger.r.com in your internet browser.
2. Click the "create blog" button.
3. ON the following page you'll be prompted to crate a google account (if no google account yet.).
4. Once you are done with the account,click the "create a blog' link.
5. Enter a title for your blog(any title you like).
6. Enter adress (URL) for your blog-you can use the title of your blog.
7. And then type the word in the verification section and click "CONTINUE".
8. On the next step choose a template.In eight steps student can create a blog  site successfully.then the blog is ready to write and publish blog article.
